Copenhagen gonna see a special event dedicated to 22-Pistepirkko and their label Bone Voyage. The event with concerts, films and art, taking place in various rooms at cultural house Huset, is named after their first english sung single OU WEE!. This french word for “Yes!” in its Finglish spelling turned into some trademark phrase of the band. One could take it as an expression for excitement, curiosity and the playful ecclecticism the unique trio has been famous for since 1981.

New album

(Well You Know) recordings and mixes for a new 22-Pistepirkko album are done.
We are just working to prepare for the release in February 2008. Actually we are pretty excited and happy... Mr. Kramer, who have joined as a producer the 10 days recording session at Altai Studios just send the final mixes from his Florida/USA studio.

TWO SINGLES SHOULD BE OUT BY END OF NOVEMBER/BEGINNING OF DECEMBER.
